Chesshire graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a MS in Human Computer Interaction and has over 15 years of experience constructing processes that bridge business goals with users’ objectives. An enthusiastic advocate for meaningful user experiences, her professional background includes UX, content strategy, persona- and journey-based experience modeling, and management of technology. She also has extensive expertise in user-centered research, usability testing and analysis, as well as managing cross-channel and digital strategies.
Chesshire has been responsible for delivering conceptual and tactical solutions to a range of clients that cover verticals as diverse as travel and hospitality, non-profit, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, banking, insurance, agriculture, and eCommerce.
