It’s been more than 2 weeks since Adobe Summit 2018 and the buzz around this year’s event is still going strong. The 4-day digital marketing extravaganza featured some of the best speakers, industry leaders, and innovators, and provided an insightful look into customer experiences of the future.

One of the highlights of the event every year is Summit Sneaks, where the Adobe team showcases some of their latest innovations coming out of their R&D labs. Perfect Path emerged as one of the most popular innovation demos at Summit 2018

Summit Sneak: Perfect Path

The Perfect Path showcase at Summit Sneaks covered how you can leverage Adobe’s machine learning AI technology to process through millions of users’ behavioral data, preferences, and patterns to arrive at personalized journeys for each individual.

The idea is to leverage Adobe Sensei to assist marketers in determining the most effective user journey for users. Perfect Path aims to help marketers adapt and scale consumer journeys, or paths, via real-time orchestration of a personalized experience. With Perfect Path, that will leverage Adobe Sensei, marketers can enable creation and execution of inbound, real-time 1:1 communications based on individual consumer events.
